Note that the above are best estimates and may vary depending on festive periods. Nevertheless, we strive to fulfil all orders as soon as we receive them.

Customized Items
If order consist of Customized items, there will be additional production lead time on top of the mailing timeframe given. Please refer to the individual customized listing for the estimated lead time.

If you need normal items to be posted out first and customized item to be posted out after production date, you will have to place as separate orders.

How do I track my order?

Please check your email for your tracking number. You may track your order here: Singpost or JNT. Please allow some time for the relevant websites to reflect the status of your order.

Can I choose the Shipping Time?

In case of any shipping related matters, please contact the courier directly to follow up.

We should not bear any responsibility with any courier delay where it is handled by external courier that is beyond our capacity in control. However we will try our best to resolve this issue.

Specific timeslot and request can’t be fulfilled via MEMO as it all depends on the relevant courier route and it is beyond our control.

What if my package is not delivered or is lost?

Once we pass your order over to our courier partners for delivery, Goodayy Worldwide will not be liable or responsible for any delays in packages or lost mail. Redelivery costs will be borne by the customer. We will try our best to facilitate communication with our partners as much as possible!

Can I change my delivery information?

You will not be able to amend your delivery information once your order is placed, but we’ll try our best to help. Please drop us a message here as soon as possible..

If we're too late and your order has been delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. 

International orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses should be returned to us upon failed delivery. This process however, can take up to 1 to 3 months.

Any order with incomplete or incorrect information may result in unsuccessful or delayed deliveries, or returned. Redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.
